On the components initial screen for maintaining and executing queries,you specified a user group to which you are not assigned, or
You called the InfoSet Query over a menu entry and are not assigned tothe relevant user group.

Procedure
You can only execute or maintain queries from user groups to which youare already assigned. Specify a user group to which you are assigned,or
Get your system administrator to assign you the relevant user group.
