Diagnosis
You want to change the packet of a query that belongs to a temporarypacket. Changing to a non-temporary packet only makes sense if therelevant functional area and user group are also assigned to anon-temporary packet. However, this is not the case.

Procedure
Do not assign the object to a non-temporary packet. Otherwise, youcould cause inconsistency in the dataset of the query in systemsfurther down the transport route. For example, it would be possible totransport a query into another system without transporting itsfunctional area or user group.
