Diagnosis
You want to change the packet for a user group or functional area intoa non-temporary packet. Changing to a temporary packet is only usefulif all of the queries in the user group or functional area also belongto a temporary packet. This is not the case in this instance.

Procedure
Do not reassign the user group or functional area to a temporarypacket. This may lead to inconsistencies in the datasets of the queryin systems further along the transport route. For example, it would bepossible to transport a query into another system, but it would not bebe possible to transport the functional area or user group belonging toit.
