Diagnosis
The page header and page footer both contain input areas where you canenter text.
You attempted to insert a new line into one of the input areas with theInsert line functions or to delete a line from one of the inputareas with the Delete line function. To do this, you need toplace the cursor in one of the input areas.

Procedure
Place the cursor on a line in one of the input areas first.
