Diagnosis
When defining a basic list, a statistic or a ranked list, thespecifications for a sequence of single fields are not unique.
Note the following rules: If you want to output a field in a basiclist, you must always specify a line number and sequential number forthe field. This also applies even if you only want to output a singlefield in a line. If you want to output more than one field in a line(same line number), the sequential numbers must be different. If youwant to output a field in a statistic or a ranked list, you must assigna sequential number to the field. All sequential numbers must bedifferent.

Procedure
Assign line numbers and sequence numbers that make it clear how youwant the fields ordered.
