For periodic posting of depreciation, you have to create a documentnumber range with internal number assignment, since the document numbersare assigned from Financial Accounting, and not by the posting programin Asset Accounting.

Change the number assignment for number range &V1& from external tointernal in Customizing for Asset Accounting.
