Diagnosis
For depreciation key &V2&, the system was not able to find a multi-levelmethod with the net book value as the base value and the "CalculatePercentage from Remaining Useful Life " indicator set. However, thesesettings are required for the system to be able to correctly determinedepreciation adjustments and suitable depreciation values in followingyears.

System Response
The posting is not allowed in the standard system. However, you canreconfigure the error message in Customizing for Asset Accounting. Butbefore you make this change you need to be aware of the errors that canresult and be able to accept these inconsistencies.
