Diagnosis
You want to generate an investment program structure from theenterprise organization. In the current program structure, programposition &v1& is an end node position to which measures and/orappropriation requests are assigned.
In the new program structure being generated, subordinate programpositions are assigned to these program positions, so that programposition &v1& is no longer an end node position in the new programstructure. However, measures/appropriation requests are only allowed tobe assigned to end nodes of the investment program.

System Response
Generating the new program structure from the enterprise organizationis not allowed.

Procedure
In order to be able to generate the program structure, you have to doone of the following:

• Make program position &v1& an end node position in the enterprise
organization.

• Delete the assignments of measures/appropriation requests to this
program position.
