As part of the fiscal year change, you want to generate investmentprogram &v1&/&V2& for the new approval year from the enterpriseorganization. This investment program already exists, and programpositions were already created in it. However, if you really want togenerate the investment program from the enterprise organization, thenit is not allowed to have program positions.

Either delete all existing program positions in the investment program,or delete the entire investment program.
