It is not displayed in the master data transactions forappropriation request &V1&, but only in the master data transactions ofinvestment program position &V2& and in IM reporting.

Procedure
First delete the assignment of appropriation request &V1& to investmentprogram position &V2&: To do so, perform the Open New Approval Year- Repeat Run (transaction IM27_REPEAT) function from &V3& to &V4&,or delete the assignment directly in master data maintenance ofinvestment program position &V2&.
