Select the characteristic for partner function in the report.
However, it is also important to remember that the partner functionalso has to be specified as unique. Therefore, you should make surethat the partner function was already specified in the report (using'limit characteristics') or can be entered on the selection screen (bydefining a variable for this characteristic). If the second of these isthe case (the partner function can be entered on the selection screen)then you have to enter the partner function on the report selectionscreen in order to avoid errors when the report is run.
