Diagnosis
You entered structure maintenance of an investment program by entering'to hierarchy level = &V1&' so that only the top position is displayed.
It is not possible to assign new lower-level positions below the topposition by entering level &V1&. The reason is that the system wouldhave to have read at least one additional hierarchy level in order tocorrectly assess the hierarchy information of the new positions youwant to create.
At the same time, structure maintenance does not allow entering newpositions at the same level as the top position.

In order to be able to assign the new position below the top position,either enter structure maintenance

• With a 'to hierarchy level' at least one level lower


• Or without entering a 'to hierarchy level'
