Diagnosis
You tried to change the assignment of a measure or appropriationrequest to an investment program position.
However, the measure or appropriation request was already included in afiscal year change for investment programs; in order to maintainconsistency, you are allowed to delete the original assignment of themeasure or appropriation request, but afterward you are not allowed tocreate a new assignment.

The function is not carried out.

Procedure
If the new assignment of the measure/appropriation request isabsolutely necessary despite the fiscal year change that was alreadycarried out, then follow the procedure below:
Delete the assignment manually.
Repeat the IM fiscal year change (transaction IM27_REPEAT). As aresult, the assignment that resulted from the previous IM fiscal yearchange is also deleted.
Enter the new assignment manually.
Repeat the IM fiscal year change (transaction IM27_REPEAT). As aresult, the new assignment is adopted in the new year.
