Diagnosis
You tried to change the currency of an investment program position.However, this is no longer possible. Either the position itself, or aposition subordinate to it in the hierarchy, already has or had budgetor plan values.

System Response
The change is not allowed.

Procedure
The only way to change the currency of the program position now is todelete the subtree of the investment program that is defined by thisposition (as its "top" position) and create the entire subtree again.
