Diagnosis
You entered structure maintenance of an investment program, and enteredto-hierarchy-level = &V1&.
Using the 'reassign' function, you wanted to attach a sub-tree under aposition on level &V1&.
However, in order for the system to correctly interpret the hierarchyinformation for the new positions you wish to create, you need to haveimported at least one additional hierarchy level.
