Diagnosis
You defined plan versions in Customizing for investment programs ofprogram type &V2&. For each approval year, you can choose one of theseplan versions for the carryforward of plan values during the fiscalyear change. The system then uses the plan values of the measures andappropriation requests in this plan version in the prior approval yearas the basis for the carryforward of the investment program for allplan versions of the new approval year.
However, the system found that no plan version is selected for thecarryforward for the old approval year &V1&.

System Response
The system uses version 0 as the plan version for the carryforward.

Procedure
If you want to use a version other than version 0 as the basis for thecarryforward of values, you have to choose a version in Customizing forapproval year &V1& and program type &V2&.
