SAP Message AP170 - Plan version &1 is blocked for approval year &2 and program type &3

Diagnosis Plan version &V1& has approval level &V4& for approval year &V2& andprogram type &V3&. The indicator for plan blocking is set in thisapproval level. Procedure Remove the blocking indicator, if applicable.
