Procedure
You must first use the budgeting/ planning functions to cancel allbudget/planned value(s) on the capital investment program position &V1&or a subordinate position. You can only reassign/delete once thiscancellation has been made.
There are several ways of doing this:

• reset the original values to 0


• delete the values (function Delete within the budgeting/
planning function)

• create returns (only for budgeted values)
