Diagnosis
An investment program position is always automatically assignedto the same controlling area as the program position above it in thehierarchy, if there is a position above it in the hierarchy.
However, if you create an investment program position, which has noother position above it in the hierarchy (top position), then youare required to enter a controlling area.

Enter the controlling area, to which the investment program positionshould be assigned.
