Diagnosis
In order to format the investment program position ID that was entered,you need to use coding mask &V1&. However, this coding mask is lockedagainst creating new program positions.

Procedure
Choose a key for the program position that can be formatted using avalid coding mask.
If necessary, unlock the coding mask.
