Implementation start date &v1& is not within the planning interval fromV2 to v3.
This is not allowed, since the implementation start date is used as avaluation date in the cost estimate. This date, along with the pricedetermination, is used to assign the individual items of the costestimate to individual fiscal years. The plan value for a fiscal yearis equal to the total of all items for that fiscal year.
If the valuation date of an item in the cost estimate were not withinthe planning interval, then there would be a plan value in a yearoutside of the planning interval. This is not allowed.
