Diagnosis
You want to create WBS element &V2& for project definition &V1&.

System Response
Project definition &V1& is deactivated. It is not possible to create aWBS element for a deactivated project definition.
The project definition probably belongs to appropriation request &V1&.

Procedure
Do one of the following:

  • Enter a different project definition that is already active.

  • Enter a new project definition number, which you then create along with
    • the WBS element.
