You wanted to adopt plan values from the appropriation request, eitherwhen creating &V1& &V2& from within the appropriation request, or byusing the 'adopt plan values' function.

System Response
V1 v2 is not a planning element and is not managed statistically.Therefore the plan values cannot be transferred.
Measure &V1& &V2& is created anyway.
If you were using the 'adopt plan values' function, plan values are notadopted.

Procedure
Check WBS element &V2&.
Adoption of plan values is only allowed on planning elements or onstatistical WBS elements.
After you correct WBS element &V2&, you can then adopt the plan valuesusing the 'adopt plan values' function from within the appropriationrequest, if only one measure is assigned to the appropriation request.
