SAP Message AO419 - Template &1 does not exist or is not usable in Word

Diagnosis
You want to use long text template &V1& as a reference for theappropriation requests (for variants).
Long text template &V1& does not exist or is not suited for use as areference for Microsoft Word as long text editor.

System Response
Long text template &V1& cannot be used.

Procedure

  • Check if long text template &V1& exists and if it is maintained with
    • the 'IMAW' ID. Or define template &V1& as a reference with text ID'IMAW'.
    • Choose a different long text template using the entry help.
