Diagnosis
You used the function for details of a measure (WBS element, order).However, the selected measure is created from the appropriationrequest, that is, it is not created until you save.

System Response
It is not possible to display the master data now of measures that aregenerated from within the appropriation request.

Procedure
You cannot jump to the detail display for a measure that is beingcreated within the same dialog.
You can only display the measure after you save the appropriationrequest and then call the transaction again.
