Diagnosis You want to assign WBS element &V1& to appropriation request &V2&.However, this WBS element is flagged for deletion, or the deletionindicator is already set. System Response Assignment is not allowed for measures that are flagged for deletion orin which the deletion indicator is set. Procedure Check if you chose WBS element &V1& correctly, or check the status ofWBS element &V1&.
