The cost center is specified as a required field in the field selectionfor the appropriation request.
You have maintained only profit center &V1& and business area &V2&.

System Response
When the cost center is a required field, you are not allowed tomaintain just the profit center and/or business area, since thespecifications for profit center / business area are not allowed to bedifferent from the specifications in the cost center.

Procedure
Entering profit center &V1& and/or business area &V2& is notsufficient, since it is not possible to derive a cost center from theseentries.

• Enter cost centers only.

The profit center and business area are adopted automatically from thecost center.
If you specified the profit center or business area as required fields,you can only choose cost centers in which the profit center or businessarea are maintained.

• Or change the specifications for the requesting cost center so it is
not a required field.
