SAP Message AO330 - Plan values cannot be transferred since no measure is assigned

Diagnosis You want to transfer plan values for the appropriation request.However, there are no measures (orders / WBS elements) assigned to it. System Response Plan values are not transferred. Procedure Check the assignments on the appropriation request.
