Diagnosis
You want to assign appropriation request &V3& as the originalappropriation request.
However, original request &V3& is assigned to program type &V2&, whichdoes not agree with program type &V1& of the current appropriationrequest.
The program type of all alternate appropriation requests has to be thesame, in order for them to be assigned to an investment program.

System Response
Appropriation request &V3& cannot be used as the original appropriationrequest.

Procedure
Enter a different original appropriation request, that has the correctprogram type (&V1&).
Note
The program type is defined in Customizing. At the present time, youcannot change it in the appropriation request.
