• Check whether the indicator 'replace by measure' is set correctly in
appropriation request type &V2&.

• Or, before you release the appropriation request

Assign a measure to appropriation request &V1& on the 'Measures'screen.
Or create a measure (order or WBS element) directly from theappropriation request on the 'Measures' screen.
