Diagnosis You want to delete appropriation request &V4&. However, the appropriation request is assigned to program position &V1&of investment program &V3& in approval year &V2&. System Response Deleting the appropriation request is not allowed. Procedure If you want to delete appropriation request &V4&, check if you candelete the assignment to investment program position &V1&.
