Diagnosis
You want the appropriation request to have the same number as theinternal order, and have chosen the 'create order' function.
Order &V2& already exists and has the same number as appropriationrequest &V2&. However, the system now creates a new order with ordertype &V1& that you selected.

System Response
When you press Enter the system tries to create the order againwith order type &V1&.

Procedure
Check order type &V1&.
Since an order already exists with order number &V2&, you have to useinternal number assignment for order type &V1&.
