Diagnosis
The 'carryforward' indicator is set in more than one version forapproval year &V1& and program type &V2&.
The system interprets this indicator for carrying forward plan valuesfor investment programs during the fiscal year change. The indicatorspecifies which of the versions supplies the plan values from the oldyear that are then carried forward to all versions of the newapproval year.

Procedure
Set the 'carryforward' indicator for approval year &V1& and programtype &V2& in only one version.
If you do not set the indicator in any version, the system carriesforward the plan values from version 0.
