SAP Message AO210 - Planning of inv.costs not allowed-planning lock on version for variant &1

Diagnosis Planning investment costs on variant &V1& of appropriation request &V2&is not allowed because the approval level is blocked by a planningblock on the assigned planning version. Procedure Possibly remove the block indicator for the approval level.
