SAP Message AO209 - Planning of costs not allowed- planning lock on version for variant &1

Diagnosis Planning combined costs on variant &V1& of appropriation request &V2&is not allowed because the approval level is blocked by a planningblock on the assigned planning version. Procedure Remove the block indicator for the approval level, if necessary.
