The system activates project definition &V1& that is assigned toappropriation request &V1&.

Procedure
You can now create the top WBS element for this project from within theappropriation request. This top WBS element is assigned as the measurethat will be implemented. The system uses the same WBS element ID &V1&as in the project. When you do this, the system automatically adoptscertain fields and the overall cost planning.
After you save, you can set up the WBS hierarchy in the PS (ProjectSystem) component.
Another option: you can define the WBS structure in the PS component byhand, and then assign the top WBS element to the appropriation requestas the measure that will be implemented.
