Procedure
Check whether the values for the name format and the country arecorrect.
If they are correct, contact your system adminstrator, who can then makethe relevant modifications in Customizing.

Procedure for System Administration
In Customizing, the system administrator must call transaction SA13 forthe relevant client and define the name format &V1& for the country &V2&
Example: If HR data is being transferred from an R/3 system to a CRMsystem, the name formats in CRM must match the HR name formats in theR/3 system (same key, same formatting).
