Diagnosis
You tried to create a communication note for a note number which is notyet used for any communication address of the associated communicationtype. This is also the case when communication addresses are createdwith notes, but only the notes reach the creation module because of anerror.

The note is ignored.

Ensure that the serial numbers of the notes to be inserted are used inthe associated communication data.
