Only some or no serial numbers were specified for the communicationaddresses or their comments, which were flagged for insertion.

System Response
As the serial number is used as the key, the system can only determinethe assignment of the new communication addresses to their commentsfrom their sequence, so for example the first telephone number commentin German which is flagged for insertion, is assigned to the firsttelephone number which is flagged for insertion. The third English faxnumber comment which is flagged for insertion is assigned to the thirdEnglish fax number which is flagged for insertion.
Any partially but not completely specified serial numbers are ignored.

Procedure
If you do not want the assignment to be determined by the sequence,maintain the serial numbers in the communication addresses to beinserted and their comments. Avoid conflicts with serial numbersalready used for existing communication addresses in the database.
