Only some or no serial numbers were passed for the communication dataor their comments. This data was flagged for update or delete at thesame time.

System Response
Any serial numbers passed are ignored and not used to assigncommunication data to database data. Only the sequence of the datapassed is taken into account, so for example the first telephone numberis applied to the first telephone number in the database if it is to bedeleted or updated.
The assignment of communication data to their comments is also by orderpassed, not by serial number, i.e. the second comment in German for atelephone number (language and communication type must be specified askeys) is assigned to the second telephone number passed.
Any serial numbers passed for communication addresses or comments whichare flagged for insertion are then also ignored.

Procedure
To update or delete a communication address, assign the serial numberof the existing data in the database to be updated or deleted, to thecommunication data passed and its comments.
