The System checks authorization object S_ADDRESS3.

Procedure
Ask your System administrator to change your profile.
The missing authorization is S_ADDR3_SHOW (display only) or
S_ADDR3_MAIN (change, no delete) or
S_ADDR3_ALL (all authorizations).
All these authorizations are in the profile S_ADDR_ALL. Add thisprofile to your profile or a composite profile which it contains.
