SAP Message AJ857 - Sec. inst.: Customizing does not permit individual reversal of doc. &1

Diagnosis
Billing document &V1& is a secondary installation document that refersto the billing document number of a primary installation
.
According to the Customizing settings of the table InstallationRoles for Grouping Type an individual reversal is not permitted inconnection with grouping type &V3& of the primaryinstallation document and role &V4& of secondaryinstallation document &V1&.

Note:
You can use the transaction SM34 and view clusterVC_INSTGR to access the table Installation Roles for Grouping Type
.

Procedure
In this case, you can only reverse the complete installation group.
If you want to reverse the complete installation group, enter documentV2 from the primary installation in the transaction ea20
or EA21 and set the following indicators:

  • Only Documents from Installation Groups or No Restrictions

  • Always Completely Reverse Installation Groups

  • Reverse Billing
