Diagnosis
Billing documents from secondary installation &V1& are required forbilling primary installation &V2&. These billing documents must cover aminimum period of &v3& to &v4&. The only exceptions are periods in whichinstallation &v1& does not have contract or where there is no secondaryinstallation for primary installation &v2&. However, the system couldnot find any billing documents that cover this period completely.

System Response
The billing procedure for primary installation &v2& is cancelled.

Procedure

• If secondary installation &v1& is distribution- relevant

, the real meter reading documents of secondary installation &v1& areprocessed and the existing billing orders are simulated. Check whetherthe billing orders exist.

• If the secondary installation &v1& is not distribution-relevant, only
the real billing documents are processed. Check whether all the billingorders of secondary installation &v1& have been billed.

• The billing periods of a primary and a secondary installation must
correspond with each other within certain intervals. Billing periods arenormally defined by each meter reading date. The periodicmeter reading in the secondary installation may not have been madewithin the interval set by the periodic meter reading in primaryinstallation &v2&. Thes are defined by thegrouping type of the primary installation.
