Diagnosis
Operand &v1& requires a rate type and a fact group. These are copied tothe installation facts from existing values during the update. However,the system could not find a value with the correct rate type in thefacts for this operand and the period from &v2& to &v3&.

Procedure
There are two possible solutions:

• Use an operand that does not require a rate type. You must adjust the
rate accordingly.

• Enter the operand with the correct rate type in the installation facts
