Diagnosis
Dynamic period control is permitted for schemaV4. period control v1 is used in step v2.However, this period control may not be used in combination withdynamic period control.

The schema is inconsistent and cannot be saved.

Procedure
If you want to use rate &V3& in schema &V4&, first you have to changethe period control for rate &V3&.
