Diagnosis
Billing schema &v1& contains steps for rate &v2& which have backbillingfields (backbilling indicator, etc.) that have notbeen maintained. This is not permitted, since thedynamic period control field is selected.

Procedure
Remove all rates that contain variant programs for triggering abackbilling.
Delete all backbilling fields.
