Rate type &v1& is permitted for interval meters.
In the rate determination, these rate types are generally allocated torates that are also permitted for interval meters. An ambiguous ratedetermination can also allocation rates that arepermitted for facts.
However, in this case at least one interval meter rate must beallocated to the rate type so that an RTPinterface can be determined.
However, on key date &V3& there is no interval meter rate allocated tothis rate type combined with rate category &V2&. This means that therate determination is inconsistent.
