One of the following reasons may apply:

• You entered a document number in the To field.


• You combined the selection criteria in such a way that the system
selected more than one document.

Procedure
Check your entries
If you wish to process only one document, correct your entries.
If you want to process multiple documents, choose Enter toconfirm.
