Procedure
Select an input operand.
Choose Settings -> Access parameter(s) for operand values. Hereyou can enter a key date; otherwise the operand values are determinedfor the current date.
Choose the Operand value from rate/rate category pushbutton.
The system determines which value is allocated to the selected operandfor the key date based on the:
Facts for the rate belonging to the selected schema step
Facts for all rate categories that use the schema
Operands can also be provided with values from the installation facts.You can display these values by choosing the Installation-relatedoperand values pushbutton.
