Diagnosis
The analysis of the register relationships indicates that serialswitching begins or ends during the billing period. In this case, theaffected registers must be read:
If serial switching begins, the primary meter must be read on theprevious day. Exception: The primary meter is first assigned to theinstallation on the day when serial switching begins.
If serial switching ends, the primary meter must be read on the sameday.
If serial switching begins, then each secondary meter must be read onthe previous day. Exception: The secondary meter is first assigned tothe installation on the day when serial switching begins
If serial switching ends, then each secondary meter must be read on thesame day.
In the case of device &v1&, register &v2&, the meter reading resultrequired as a result of item &v4& is missing on &v3&. Please note thatmeter reading results that are recorded due to the start or end of adevice assignment to an installation do not replace the meter readingslisted above. In such cases, you will have to enter two meter readingresults on one day.
